I feel so strongly about the disease fighting potential of my foods, that I always choose THE BEST ingredients & I never waste a thing.
OK, ALWAYS & NEVER are pretty finite terms. Let’s just say I try REALLY HARD to make the best choices most of the time.
This day, Sunday, was no exception.
I put together a lovely nutritious ensemble for my afternoon O.M.A.D. meal.
Plus I got to wear TWO cute outfits in my video.
Fashion was my first love.
But NUTRITION is, and will always be, my PASSION.
Enjoy this quick, simple, nutritious Salmon meal with sliced sweet potatoes 🍠 shishito peppers 🌶 red onion 🧅 garlic 🧄 & collard greens 🥬 All pan fried & then finished in a 400F/204C oven for 10 minutes.
